After around two years of intensive planning and construction, the demanding high-rise project in Rostock has been successfully completed. From the outset, the focus was on a thoroughly considered overall concept combining design quality, technical innovation and sustainability.
We at PALERMO PROFIL MIT SYSTEM are pleased to have made a significant architectural contribution to this project with our patented parapet coping. The elegant system was combined with energy-efficient LED lighting that creates design accents while meeting today's ecological requirements.
Another highlight is the intelligent lighting in the interior walkways, combining functionality, safety and modern design.
This project has created a forward-looking building that demonstrates how sustainable technologies and sophisticated architecture can go hand in hand.
